Project Overview

Upper Echelon had a strong vision and a powerful message. Founder Gretchen Fletcher needed a way to clearly communicate her services to two very different audiences: entrepreneurs looking for admin support and wellness leaders planning transformative retreats. I helped shape her brand story into a set of pitch decks built to connect, clarify, and reflect the care behind her work.
The Decks
We created two custom 8-slide decks focused on Upper Echelon’s core offerings:

Retreat Planning and Production
To get started, I sent Gretchen a set of discovery prompts so she could share everything on her mind. I used AI tools to organize the raw content, then rewrote the deck copy to sound warm, clear, and purposeful. The design combined her existing brand guide with thoughtful visuals that supported the story she wanted to tell.
Designed two decks in Google Slides
Rewrote and refined all copy for flow and clarity
Created custom graphics in Illustrator
Used Photoshop to polish visual assets
Built slides that could also be reused for web and social content
Delivered editable final files and provided training for future updates

Results
The finished decks became Gretchen’s main tools for pitching her business to new clients. They helped her clearly explain what she offers, land new leads, and feel confident presenting her dual focus in a way that made sense. The project also led to direct referrals and set the tone for her upcoming brand refresh and digital content strategy.
Wrap-Up
This was about giving a big idea the structure it needed to grow. By combining storytelling, visual design, and real collaboration, we created more than just a pitch deck. We created a system that helped Gretchen show up clearly and confidently in every room she walks into.
