Project Overview
Client: Krause House DAO / Big3 Basketball
Industry: Sports Media / Fan Engagement
Timeline: May - Sept. 2024
My Role: Media Producer, Video Editor, Creative Lead
To bring the Ball Hogs story to life year-round, I built a full media ecosystem from scratch — podcast, vlogs, highlight reels — all designed to connect fans with the players, culture, and chaos they love.
Podcast Production
The Big3 Players' Club Podcast
I produced and edited a 6-episode podcast hosted by Naismith Hall of Famer Rick Barry, with guests like Dr. J, Stephen Jackson, and Gary Payton. I handled everything from planning, gear travel, motion graphics, editing, sound design, and publishing.
Platforms: YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts

Behind The Scenes Vlogs & Exclusive Interviews
I shot and edited three vlogs covering the Ball Hogs Draft, Combine, and a special Ice Cube interview. These gave fans a raw, inside look at how team stories are built from the ground up.
Social Media Clips & Highlight Reels
I sliced together behind‑the‑scenes vlogs, podcast moments, game‑day action, and some other of my favorite moments into tight reels for TikTok, IG, and YouTube. Each clip got crafted in Premiere + After Effects, motion‑branded, optimized for platforms. Top clips earned 5K‑7K views organically, and socials lit up every week with new energy.
Wrap Up / Reflection
This project proved that with the right story and scrappy execution, fans can produce media that rivals professional studios. Over five months, I built a full media ecosystem for the Ball Hogs — producing 6 podcast episodes, 3 original vlogs, and over a dozen highlight and social clips that reached thousands of fans across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Everything was built from the ground up: I managed guest logistics for legends like Dr. J and Ice Cube, captured live game footage, handled travel logistics and gear transportation, managed the operating budget, mixed multi-track audio in Logic, and layered motion graphics in After Effects — all while keeping turnaround tight and quality high.
Top clips hit over 7K organic views, and the content gained praise from Big3 coaches, players, and even the league itself. More importantly, it gave fans access to the Ball Hogs story in a way they’d never had before — real, raw, and made with care.
