Project Overview

GRIT had early momentum and strong word-of-mouth, but their online presence didn’t reflect the quality of their training or the community they were building. I pitched a content strategy rooted in video and brand storytelling that would grow their digital footprint, highlight athlete results, and strengthen trust with local families and prospects.



Content Strategy & Production

I produced three reels per week, showcasing training sessions, youth camps, and testimonials. These weren’t just quick cuts — each video was planned, shot, edited, and optimized for Instagram. I built storyboards, tracked performance in Instagram’s Pro Dashboard, and iterated based on what the community responded to.

  • Shot and edited all video using Blackmagic iOS camera and Adobe Suite

  • Planned each week’s content with a focus on variety and momentum

  • Designed custom graphics and overlays for key content moments

  • Produced collaborative posts with local high school, college, and pro athletes

  • Managed all social DMs and co-ran the brand’s voice with the founder

  • Balanced short-term wins with long-term community building

Produced Reels

Results

GRIT’s Instagram following grew from 300 to over 1000 during the project. Reels began circulating organically, with local athletes and parents sharing content regularly. The videos helped reinforce GRIT’s identity as a serious training environment with a strong personal touch. Founder Beau Meadows reported a lighter personal workload and stronger engagement with new clients and prospects.
